“As a college coach, I’m always looking to hire the best sport and strength coaches to help my athletes gain a competitive edge.  Woody’s workshop “The Power of Breathing to Achieve Competitive Greatness” is a game changer!  He is passionate about breath-work and taught our group how to incorporate breathing drills into our sport training and everyday lives. Before working with Coach Woody, I never thought about the impact that breathing techniques can have on competitive greatness.  I highly recommend Coach Woody and his eye-opening and transformative workshop!” -JoAnne Ferguson, Head Softball Coach at the Pomona-Pitzer Colleges

“We were lucky to have Coach Woody show us some breathing techniques recently and I must admit I am mind blown with some of those. Even after competing for 24 years and now coaching for 9 I never knew about this very easy but helpful tool. Looking forward to mastering what he teaches because I truly am convinced that it can help a lot.” -Sandra Tomasevic, Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Arizona State University
