She discusses her identity as an athlete and how she was able to manage stress and emotions while being far away from home and having a busy schedule. Her words of wisdom include to continue playing for as long as you can and to invest in yourself; at the end of the day, you are all you have and it is important to advocate for yourself and your wellbeing.
